Software for pubs
and hospitality venues,
built by someone who runs one.
PubSuite runs table bookings and card deposits, the staff rota, clock-in, stock and recipe costing, guest feedback and the numbers behind the bar — all under one roof, at your own yourvenue.pubsuite.app address. No spreadsheets, no three different logins, no card machine faff.
Running The Spinners’ real bookings and rota, every single day — not a demo built for a pitch.

Where it came from
“Every booking app assumed I ran a restaurant. Every rota app assumed I ran a warehouse. None of them understood a Thursday quiz night.”
PubSuite was built by Jamie Evans, who runs The Spinners in Darwen, Lancashire — not a software company that interviewed a few landlords and called it research.
It handles the floor plan on a Saturday night, the rota for a team that covers bar and kitchen, staff clocking in on their phones, what every dish actually costs to make, and the small stuff that actually keeps a pub running — because it was built to run one, first.
Before and after
What changes in the first week.
Bookings live in a diary, a spreadsheet and three people’s heads.
A real floor plan that matches each party to the right table, with deposits paid straight into your own Stripe.
The rota is a photo of a whiteboard in the group chat.
Build the week in minutes, publish it, and staff clock in on their own phone at work.
You find out your GP at month-end — if the accountant gets round to it.
Photograph an invoice, recipes cost themselves, and the GP report shows what the menu should have made against what it did.
Takings, spend and invoices are in a carrier bag.
Log takings daily, snap invoices on a phone, and see labour and VAT without waiting for month-end.
Four different logins, four monthly bills.
One system, one login, one price.

Case study · The Spinners, Darwen
Four subscriptions became one. The Spinners now saves £5,220 a year.
The pub was paying £495 a month across separate tools for rotas and HR, table bookings, CRM and accountancy. PubSuite now runs all of it for £59.99 a month.
Bookings & floor plan
Table bookings on a real floor plan.
Drag tables into areas, and let it match party size to the right table automatically. Take deposits and no-show card guarantees by card, paid straight into your own Stripe account. Parties and groups can preorder their food online, so the kitchen knows what’s coming before they walk in.

Staff rota & clock-in
Staff rota and clock-in, built in minutes.
Publish it, and let staff clock in and out from their own phone — geofenced to your venue. Pay type, holiday allowance, contracts and notes are organised by department, not scattered across three folders.

Stock, recipes & GP
Stock management and GP, dish by dish.
Photograph an invoice and its products become ingredients with prices and pack weights — one Approve puts it all in stock. Recipes costed to the penny, sales taken off stock, allergen cards, wastage and stock takes.

Everything under one roof
One system, not four logins.
And the rest of what keeps a venue running.
Marketing to your regulars
Guests who tick “keep me updated” when they book join your list — then email them about events and menus, with an AI tool built in for making the poster.
Guest feedback & the PubSuite score
A couple of hours after every visit, guests are asked how it went. Their stars build your score out of 100 — from verified bookings only — and you choose whether to show it on your booking page.
The Staff Room
A noticeboard just for your team — pin up shift changes and news, run side quests, and give each other a shout-out with stars.
Bring your own data
Import your existing bookings and staff list from a spreadsheet, your recipes from the files you already keep them in, and your till’s product list.
Backed up automatically
Your data is backed up on a schedule, without you thinking about it — a lost weekend of bookings shouldn’t be possible.
Groups & head office
Head office sees every site side by side — sales against budget, labour, GP, checks, training and guest scores — with a league table and a list of what needs chasing.
